ColorGard Extreme temperature exhaust system coating. Available in several colors (see below) Reduces underhood temperatures, reduces exhaust manifold surface temperatures Improve exhaust gas velocity, increase H.P. Air drying, requires no baking Coverage: See above Cleanup with xylene, lacquer thinner, acetone or similar. Prep: Sandblast all parts with 120 Grit Aluminum Oxide. Do not use glass bead. Clean metal with acetone, lacquer thinner etc. Apply a thin layer using an airbrush to approx 0.001" to 0.0015". Air dries in minutes. Wait 24 hours to fully dry.
